icalighting.com is a trading division of ICA Lighting Ltd. You can find out more about us at our company website www.icalighting.com.
Buying from us
We accept orders through our website, by phone on 01324 474 292 and in our office. For web orders, we accept all major credit and debit cards. For security reasons, once your payment has been processed we do not store your credit card details either electronically or on paper.
Back orders
If the item you order from our website is not in stock, we will notify you either by phone or email and will give you the option to either cancel your order or wait until the goods are back in stock.
Warranty
All products with the exception of lamps (light bulbs) carry a 1 year guarantee. In the event of a fault occuring the product will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault. The warranty applies to electrical components only and is void if deemed that the fitting has been incorrectly fitted or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
Installation
A qualified electrician must install all products supplied. Incorrect installation will void your products 1 year guarantee and may pose a danger to you and others. Liability will not be accepted for any personal damages such as electrocution due to improper installation.

Prices and VAT
Prices
shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to
be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Delivery charges are extra.
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct,
mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the
products you have ordered prior to their dispatch, we will tell you and give
you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or
cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply
from you we will cancel your order.
ICA Lighting Ltd reserve the right to change prices listed without notice.
All orders for products
are subject to availability and ICA Lighting Ltd reserves the right to refuse to
supply to any individual or company.

Returns Policy
ICA Lighting Ltd has a 7-day returns policy for all products on our website as required under the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000. The following terms and conditions apply to all refunds.
You must inform us in writing, by fax: 01324 474 292, or email: sales@icalighting.com within 7 days of receipt of your order
(the date of delivery will be recorded by our carriers) that you wish to return goods or if you have any damages, faults or shortages.
ICA Lighting Ltd cannot accept responsibility after this period.
Goods
must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other
associated components sent with them i.e. lamps.
Goods
should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an
undamaged condition.
For unwanted items the cost of carriage incurred for sending the goods out will be deducted from the refund (usually £9.95) and the customer is responsible for any return carriage.
ICA Lighting Ltd will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees, time taken from place of employment etc.
We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria
The above do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
