ICA Lighting are a Lighting company based in Central Scotland, Established in 1991 ICA Lighting have supplied lighting worldwide to Domestic, Contract & Commercial Clients. Representing some of the top lighting manufacturers, ICA Lighting's aim is to provide leading edge designs and exclusive ranges with outstanding service.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we have offices based at Epoch House, Falkirk Road, Grangemouth. Customers are welcome to visit us where they can browse catalogues and see samples. Appointments must be made in advance.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free of charge on orders over £250.00 anywhere within
mainland UK. (excl. Scottish Highlands). Orders under £250.00 will be
charged £10.00 + vat (excl.Scottish Highlands). Scottish Highlands,
Islands and Northern Ireland will be charged £17.00 + vat for delivery.
For deliveries to any other destination, please contact us.
When can I expect my delivery?
Most items are sent next day delivery but please allow up to 7 working days. Occasionally it may take longer for special orders or out of stock items. In this instance you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
Business Post will deliver your order. If you are not home, a calling card will be left with details for you to contact them to either re-schedule delivery or to collect it from your local depot.
What if my delivery contains damaged products?
We request that damages are reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. In this event we will either replace the item or send you the relevant part to rectify the damage.
What if I do not like the product and wish to return it?
We request that you inform us of items to be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Please refer to Terms & conditions for further details.
Can you supply lights I have seen on other websites?
We deal with many different suppliers. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please contact us.
Can you price match?

Your products are a very good price, are they as good in quality as those found on the High Street?
All of our products are of an excellent quality. We use the same suppliers as shops found on the high street, but as we do not have the overheads of a showroom, we can sell at very competitive prices without compromising in quality.
Can I buy products from the ICA Designer range online, what are the prices?
No not online, ICA Designer is a trade section where Interior designers, Architects and commercial clients can view our ranges. Prices are available upon request and ICA Lighting will supply these products direct to the public. Please contact us for further information.
How do I place my order?
When shopping online :
- Click on the left image for ICA Direct .
- Select a category from the menu found on the left e.g ceiling lights, wall lights
- Select a product by clicking on the image. This will show you enlarged images of the product and further information.
- When you have found the product you wish to purchase, click onto “Add to Basket.”
- When you have finished shopping, click on the “checkout” button.
- You will then be directed secure page to enter your credit card details.
